We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and will treasure it forever. If, however, there is a problem with your order, please return your items to us within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Please retain proof of purchase.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We do not cover the cost of return postage and cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the post.
- We do not accept returns for Mustard Made products unless they cannot be repaired.

Faulty Items
In the event of finding a fault with a product please get in touch with us via email including a photograph and description of the fault. Where possible a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available we will offer a refund, exchange or gift voucher for the original purchase amount.
