Here at Janet Bell, we love seeing our regulars, whether you’re popping in to see us in the shop or popping up onscreen with a new online order. So, we thought, it’s only right to let you know, and say a little ‘thank you’ for supporting our small business and team.
With the Janet Bell Loyalty Scheme, you’ll earn 1 Point for every £1 spent online and in store. You’ll earn 10 points just for opening an account, more for following us on social media platforms, and we’ll give you 25 as a little birthday treat.

Here’s how it works
When you spend with us online, points will automatically be accrued (once you have set up an account with us). If purchasing in-store, just mention that you are part of our Loyalty Scheme to your friendly sales assistant. They will add your name and email address to your order so that it’s linked to your Loyalty Scheme account.
Once you’ve earned 100 points, you’ll be able to redeem them, or carry on saving towards a bigger reward.
Reward Levels:
- 100 Reward Points = £5 Off
- 200 Reward Points = £10 Off
- 300 Reward Points = £15 Off
- 400 Reward Points = £20 Off
To spend your points online, just login to your account, select "Redeem Points" and choose your reward. A discount code is then generated for use online, copy this and apply at Checkout or click 'Apply Now' and the code will be applied automatically at the checkout.
When shopping in store, please let the person serving you know that you wish to redeem your points.
How to Access the Loyalty Scheme
Select the 'Present' icon (on phone) or 'Loyalty Scheme' icon (on iPad/Computer) on the bottom left of the website home screen. This will allow you to access your account, view your points balance, and redeem your rewards.
The Fine Print:
- A Janet Bell online customer account is required to join the Loyalty Scheme.
- Points will be automatically applied to your account when you make a purchase online as long as you are logged in to your account.
- Points will NOT be awarded for purchases of original Janet Bell paintings. Any points accrued from original paintings will be manually removed by us.
- Points cannot be used to purchase 10 for £10 cards or alongside other discount codes.
- Gift vouchers:- Points are awarded to the person purchasing a gift voucher, but not the person redeeming a gift voucher.
- A maximum of £20 discount can be applied to purchases when redeeming rewards, instore or online.
- Points can only be redeemed once per 24 hour period.
- When shopping in store, please advise the sales assistant of your name and account email address to ensure the points are applied to your account.
- When shopping online, please ensure you login to earn points and access your rewards.
- To use your points, select 'Redeem points' under the Loyalty Scheme menu, and apply your chosen reward to your basket. Rewards are not automatically applied.
- Points will only be applied to sales made from 17/10/22.
- Points may take 24-48 hours to show on your account.
- Points cannot be redeemed by wholesale customers. Any points accrued from wholesale orders will be removed.
- Janet Bell Art LTD reserves the right to change or remove rewards.
